Editor Greg Daniels was introduced to the production by Academy Award winning editor Jamie Selkirk. The Canadian editor was working on internationally successful kids TV show The Wot Wots and spent his evenings and weekends working on Good for Nothing occasionally sleeping on Wallis and Rademeyer's couch to get the job done.
Academy Award nominated editor Mike Horton also gave the team his advice, as did Selkirk during the editing process. As Wallis says, 'To have access to these experts is a filmmakers dream come true. I was constantly humbled that these men have taken the time to sit down and pass on some their knowledge.'
Greg Daniels began his screen industry career as a screenwriter, writing episodes for an animated series in his home country of Canada. In 2005 while in New Zealand filming the pilot for the travel series Departures, Greg fell in love with a Kiwi girl and soon after immigrated to New Zealand.
Since then Daniels has had the great fortune to work with directors: Gavin Bradley, Paul Murphy, Neil Blomkamp, Gaylene Preston, Theo Baynton and now, Mike Wallis. Currently Greg is immersed within Middle Earth as 2nd assistant Editor on The Hobbit.
